*WOMEN ONLY* 1-1 Wheel Throwing - 10 Classes

This 10-class package is perfect for beginners who are ready to kickstart their pottery journey and want to build confidence creating a variety of forms on the wheel. Through personalized 2-hour sessions with one-on-one guidance, you will learn the fundamental techniques of wheel throwing while progressing at a pace tailored to your individual goals and interests.

Over the course of 10 sessions, you will learn:

- Wedging and preparing clay
- Centering clay on the wheel
- Pulling cylinders and developing foundational wheel-throwing skills
- Creating a variety of forms, including cups, bowls, plates, and other functional ware
- Throwing larger forms and improving consistency
- Developing your own projects based on your interests and skill level
- Trimming and refining your pieces
- Making and attaching handles
- Surface decoration techniques
- Understanding the clay lifecycle, including leather-hard, bone-dry, bisque firing, and glaze firing
- Glazing techniques and application methods

On your 9th session, you may select up to 8 of your best pieces to be glazed and fired. Finished works will be ready for collection once the final glaze firing process is complete.
